Payment Facility and Refunds

1. Binding Transaction

Placing an order and completing payment (including Cash on Delivery) constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and Adventra. Payment must be completed through the selected payment method.

2. Changes and Delays

Delivery timelines may be extended with mutual agreement between Adventra and the Buyer. Any such modification must comply with our policies and may be communicated electronically.

3. Delivery Confirmation

Buyers are encouraged to confirm delivery promptly. Failure to do so within the specified period may be treated as implied acceptance. For Cash on Delivery orders, confirmation is not mandatory.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund claims must be raised within the time specified in our policies. Claims made beyond that period may be considered ineligible.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, except for Cash on Delivery orders, which will be refunded via demand draft. All refunds are made in Indian Rupees and subject to applicable policies and compliance checks. Refund will be credited back in original bank in 7 working days.

6. Refund Conditions

Refunds are conditional and subject to review. Adventra reserves the right to withhold refunds in case of suspected misuse or policy violation.

7. Limitations on Transactions

Adventra may, at its discretion, impose limits on the number or value of transactions per buyer or per payment instrument. Transactions beyond these limits may be declined or delayed.

8. Security Checks

Adventra reserves the right to conduct checks to validate buyer identity or transaction authenticity. We may delay processing or dispatch if we suspect fraud, high-risk activity, or receive official legal requests.

9. Force Majeure

Adventra will not be liable for any loss or claim arising from delay or non-processing of transactions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to technical issues, legal restrictions, or force majeure events.
