All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and serviceability.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to logistical delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges


We offer free shipping on most orders above ₹999, unless otherwise specified.
For orders below ₹999, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable, except where required under applicable law.

5. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Third-Party Logistics

All shipments are handled by independent third-party courier partners. While we endeavor to ensure timely delivery, the Company shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by such third-party service providers.

7. Order Tracking & Communication

Customers will receive order confirmation and shipping updates via registered email and/or mobile number. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or disruptions in logistics networks.
