Footwear warranty policy

 

Limited Warranty – 6 Months from Date of Purchase

At Adventra Sports, we are committed to delivering high-quality outdoor and performance footwear. This warranty covers manufacturing defects identified during normal and intended usage of the product.

Warranty Coverage

Adventra Sports provides a limited warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects related to:

• Stitching failure due to manufacturing defects

• Sole separation or sole pasting defects

• Premature color fading resulting from manufacturing defects

• Material or workmanship defects identified under normal use conditions

• Structural manufacturing defects affecting the functionality of the footwear All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Adventra Sports.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty shall not apply under the following circumstances:

Components Not Covered

• Shoe laces

• Mesh upper materials

• Insoles and footbeds

• Velcro components

• Decorative trims and accessories

Wear & Tear

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use

• Sole wear due to prolonged usage

• Cosmetic deterioration due to age and usage

User-Induced Damage

• Cuts, tears, punctures, scratches, burns, or abrasions

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance

• Damage caused by inappropriate usage outside the intended purpose of the footwear

• Damage resulting from impact, rough handling, or improper storage

Environmental & External Factors

• Damage caused by chemicals, oils, solvents, detergents, or corrosive substances

• Water damage in products not specifically designed as waterproof

• Damage caused by exposure to extreme environmental conditions

Unauthorized Alterations

• Products that have been repaired, altered, modified, or tampered with by any unauthorized

person or service provider

Warranty Claim Procedure

1. A valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory for all warranty claims.

2. Customers must submit photographs and details of the defect for preliminary

assessment.

3. Adventra Sports reserves the right to physically inspect the product before approving

any claim.

4. Upon verification of a genuine manufacturing defect, Adventra Sports may, at its sole

discretion:

○ Repair the product; or

○ Replace the product; or

○ Provide an equivalent replacement product.

General Terms & Conditions

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

• Warranty is non-transferable.

• Replacement or repaired products shall continue under the original warranty period and shall not extend the warranty duration.

• Adventra Sports reserves the sole and final right to determine the validity of any warranty claim.

• Any claim found to be arising from misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification shall be rejected.

Important Notice

This warranty policy reflects standard practices followed across the global footwear industry and is intended to protect customers against genuine manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damages arising from normal usage, accidental causes, misuse, or improper care of the product.
